Nice overview - at the 8:06 minute mark can you confirm that you had the scope in daytime mode and that is why the resulting image was in color.
The night mode of these types of scopes (digital technology) is black & white.
I understand that the Tourer probably has a super sensitive CMOS sensor and that it did render a color image in near pitch black but for viewers I think we should be clear that the scope was in daytime mode.

Could you comment on how this compares to a wraith 4K max

Never used the Wraith 4k, but it seems as though the Wraith has a better sensor and more magnifying capability. Aside from that, the specs look very similar. All things considered, I guess it would come down to price. Not sure if the Wraith comes with rings already, but the Tourer does.

Looks interesting. I would like to see some outdoor night use. Does the scope use only IR illumination, or does it use a light amplifier? I can't seem to dig up any pleminary specs on this unit at the moment.

When you're unboxing a new item, you are simply reviewing the contents of the package and first impressions of the scope. It may sound like an ad because you're excited when testing a new product, but this scope has had great reviews across the board from regular users throughout the Internet.
