No worries, I spent almost $100 on Azul. Did I get the card? Nope, even at 200 pulls it was just Rook. For the White Rabbit it was the same. Pomefiore students haunting me.
If you have photo evidence you can just contact aniplex through 'support'(you don't need the evidence but it might be better to have it than not), at 200 its a guaranteed event SSR - they'll probably sort it out, it must be a bug of some kind

Even as a Free-2-Play, pulling for a pity is one of the worst experience in any gacha game. Fairy Gear Ortho did that to me, Idia almost made me hit pity, and then Bunny Deuce made me hit pity.

ive had enough of ortho too, i feel you there 🙏 (pulled for star-sending robes, kept uncapping ortho's SR, did one pull, got an SSR, guess which blue-haired guy it was? ortho...)
Even though it took three streams and we offered a lot of sacrifices from bullies to Crowley, we managed to offer enough to please the TW Gacha God! Also I think The Dark Mirror and Jamil realized that Rose needed Kalim to come home.

Somehow I managed to get Tsumsitter Kalim on my first ten pull of the thing, then spent the rest of my time in the event Azul hunting. I got Tsumsitter Rook so many times that I got his superfan title. Another thing happened where I was trying to get Cerberus Ortho, and got Dorm Uniform Ace. I think that I’m limited to one SSR per each event then I’m never getting one from it again.

I got Tsum Kalim after 74 pulls after I got spooked by Dorm Uniform Trey in the the 45th pulls. It was nightmare.
...I pulled in the wrong banner (Azul's and Ortho's one) believing Kalim was there too. (He wasn't) but hey, atleast I got a tsumsitter Azul ssr!
