- This video shows how to build teams in Tokyo Debunker so you can increase your arena rank. It shows how increasing power doesnt matter so long as your team is built correctly. Please ask questions in the comments! I can't cover everything since everyone's teams / builds are different and I want to help you out as much as I can.
i had some hope when i found this video because im still really struggling with managing my team, tbh i put my characters from the strongest to the weakest most of the time but i'm trying to learn more about this game. im glad your channel exists cuz so far your explanations videos were so good but im not gonna lie im so lost even with this video...sigh
I been playing for 2+ weeks, got to case 48 np. Since then I can only get past 1 case a day, though my total power/ rank doubled. I've been using diamonds to try and get characters, but all I have is SR Jin, the rest are R characters. I've watched a bit of your videos on gems for characters, and still struggling to understand how to set my team up, hoping that'll help me XD but your videos helped a lot! 🙏

Battles are determined by TU, MP, and speed (at the beginning).
Speed will determine where your character falls in the initial lineup and when they enter battle from reinforcements, the slowest unit to date is Jin's new limited SSR with a speed of 101, while the fastest card is Subaru's house SSR with a speed of 412. Currently, there is no way to increase speed, so you get what you get.
MP is the cost per move, so however much MP your character has determines what their next move will be
TU aka time units are how long a character must wait before using a given move. After every move, depending on how much MP they have, the character will have to wait for the given TU amt for their next move
Example: SSR Haku 3 active skills:
-4MP and costs 150TU; 5x dmg while charged (we're going to ignore charged for simplicity)
+3MP and costs 150TU; 1x dmg
-2MP and costs 180TU; 2x dmg
When Haku enters the field, he starts with +4MP and will wait 150 TU before using 1.
Now Haku has 0MP, so he waits for 150TU and uses 2. Haku gains +3MP for this.
Now Haku just has to wait 180 TU to use move 3 which does the most dmg, but is now down to 1MP, so he has to wait and use 2 again to replenish.

The way my mf heart dies when you said ssr Lucas is useless as hell
I've been slowly getting that impression after even case enemies started appearing in groups of four and his x5 ability wouldnt even get enough of an opening to hit at all but gd I was not ready to hear it lmao
Limited ssr lucas is not useless! Only the standard version is bad. Even then he can still be used. Put him at the very end of your last team and put debuff characters in front of him. Unfortunately this will take up an entire squad but at least he will be able to do something

Can you tell me wgere are my characters card going? After i hsve fully awaken them. Like literally i have pulled almost 8 times the r card of lucas and his friend..
do you switch up the teams for cases aswell or is there a basic way of formatting teams in the optimal way
there is a way to make teams for GOC! I havent gotten around to make a video on it yet.

you may just need to wait for better resources. Please do not level your r cards too much, you may regret it later.
Could you possibly try to help me build my team? I feel like i leveled my characters wrong before looking into them, now I got a bunch of high leveled p attackers 😭 honestly struggling

hmm maybe try saving your account code, then uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

The profile frames come from either having the most power or completing the most cases in the server. As for the secret achievement im not sure what you're talking about. Can you tell me where to find it?

Hey! Sorry but I’m still kinda confused on how to build my team properly, if you have any other tips or something :)
Start with your character that has the most power. Make sure they have guards around them to protect them. If they're a curse user put other curse users around them. If not, put debuffing characters before their first guard.

Start with your highest power character in slot 4 of squad 2, then give them guards in front and behind them..use the other characters to support them. For example you can have a debuffer in slot 2 and someone that applies curse on death in slot 1 if your highest power character does curse damage
