I get using a power tool to disassemble these items, but never, never ever use it to put those screws back in. Why; in plastic and in wood especially that particle board wood if your screw is not in the original screw slot, it will make another cut and another groove, if you are lucky it will be fine this time, but a few more times and those screw holes will have nothing left to screw on because the threads are all cut out. If you're unlucky this time the plastic will crack and the wood will crack and fall apart. On the woofer re-foaming that part was almost great but you must, must use shims around the voice coil to keep it all centered and not have the speaker rub on the voice coil at all. You also could use a sound test system to align it before gluing as well. The spider part does hold the one end well but the cone end aims the other end of that voice coil.
I would of removed the dust cap then use shims, glue will shrink some times so much it can be a problem , mind yeah i have repaired a lot of BOSE 901 systems on those you can use a self centering CD that can be used when gluing , I never use the Disk but some do some times it can be done with out shims, most kits for BOSE come with new dust caps, if you decide to shim them instead of doing it bye eye ...
Why didn't you paint the volume control plastics, or the Light Control area? Looks like something ran over the Light Control cover piece, I see a tread mark, and you don't even wipe it off? Please advise.
what is the liquid that you are using to clean your print / board with ? is that IPA ? even its not bright.... looks like car fuel to me... but... you never know.

Не видел проверки динамика даже тестером, только предфинальное подсоединение при данной подачи совсем не гарантированно рабочей детали. Вместо ППУ оригинального подвеса применили резину, характеристики как итог точно уплыли, т.е. динамик уже не подходит под настройку ФИ как минимум. Нафига клеить назад уплотнительные ограничители на динамик если он крепится не через них, логично было б применить или шайбы или кольцо для их использования, как и было задумано при производстве динамиков. И меня терзают смутные сомнения, сгорели 2 преда и диодный мост ВСЁ только мост, не верю. Короче фуфло втюхивает.

@@TheManeliss 9/10 times just recapping or changing the procesboard on an amplifier will fix the problems. Fets resistors and diodes rarely die. And if they do its immediately obvious.
