Welcome to the channel: Restoration 86!. In This Video, We Restoration 21 inch bass subwoofer. The high-power subwoofer of a farmer who loves to listen to music asked me to restore it. Everything seems to be easy to restore, but I embarked on manual restoration like me, with the remaining mechanical equipment. rough and outdated the repair and restoration encountered a bit of difficulty. The coil on the voice coil should be raised a bit above the top plate. It won't function right at high volumes the way you placed it. I can explain if anyone is interested.
That's not necessarily true. Many loudspeakers of this design are not intended to have a high excursion, and have less than an inch of xmax.
I've rebuilt many subwoofers and loudspeakers, and this looked good to me.
It should be noted that he didn't leave the voice coil laid flat against the bottom of the backplate. He did lift it up some. It would short out the min he put power to it if he didn't.
@@jessegardner134 I just stick to the general rule that the center of the coil should align with center os top plate (vertically) otherwise the speaker will not have equal thrust for positive and negative cycles or excursion and incursion.

При разбирании магнитной системы потеряется сильно индукция в зазоре. Надо домагничивать. И 4 уплотнителя вместо 8... Лучше вобще не ставил бы.

Приходилось тоже ремонтировать магнитную систему и чистить абразивом вредно, но приходится особенно от ржавчины. После приходится долго очищать от мелкой стружки которая налипает. Так же когда устанавливается магнит на корзину желательно промазывать клеем и сами винты крепления на фиксатор резьбы.
