- inflation reduction act wont actually bring down the real estate housing market. the federal reserve will end up pushing for 40 year and 50 years loans to help drive purchase price up and in turn will continue the slow rise of not only the housing real estate market but the inflation right along with it. comment your opinions down below I am interested to see what you think.
