If you are familiar with Tosha’s work, you must have come across the term ‘Divine Decoy’. Very rarely talked about in new-age circles but often encountered in real life, divine decoys act like custom-made experiences that fuel one’s attachments only to disappoint them, ripening the soul to earn the greater gift of detachment. Imagine how much unnecessary suffering those who beat themselves up for not manifesting ‘right’ could escape once they realize how the agendas of the Universe do not care much about the intentions of the ego, however ferocious.

I had decided, on many occasions, that I would be okay if I had never found my significant other. One morning, I heard myself stating this “mantra” yet again, but this time, something was different. This time, I experienced a tremendous feeling of relief and peace. That particular morning, I could tell I had genuinely released the attachment I had so deeply felt to finding my person; that afternoon, I met him. It happened 35 years ago. Tosha, thank you for this important work!

what about asking for healing of mental and physical health ...I ask to be guided to the right help for healing and never seem to get skilled enough professionals. I seem to be caught in serious unwellness Groundhog Day for years. It seems difficult to see I am "too attached" to something that is to me a basic human right..
