He wrote most of the songs.he plays lead guitar and he’s the main song writer for System of a Down. And he sings over half of them. Although I prefer Serj

Daron Malakian (guitar player) sings in lots of the songs in previous albums as well.
Yep! Essentially sang 50% of the leads in Mezmerize/Hypnotize.
Serj was basically the lead on the first album Toxicity and Steel This Album, Daron sang most of the parts on Mezmerize and Hypnotize
You need to listen to the whole Toxicity album, its such a crazy album

Daron Malakian... Guitarist for SOAD was not leading the vocals in this track, he’s a backup vocalist to Serj but he’s written a majority of Systems music over the years, damn good vocalist in his own right, so good to hear SOAD again

Stalin a horrible man. I heard one reason he gave Artsakh to Azerbaijan. If the Soviet Union fell (which it did), then all the countries would fight each other for their land. So, this would be a consequence for ending the Soviet Union. He knew Armenians and Azeris would then fight for Artsakh.

The area has been in constant dispute dating back to that period but this is the most recent and most disastrous fighting. It was premediteted By Turkey and Azerbaijan cause the world was busy with Covid, the USA elections. They have commited many human right violations while the world was distracted.
Unfortunately the succeded and occupied Armenian Artsakh with 5000 years old Armenian culture.

Why u getting blocked?...
It's been real bad for about a month. Warner and Universal Music have been on UA-cam hard about not getting the money they say they deserve. So the copyright system has been crazy the last month on everything. I've had more videos get blocked than not in the last month. I had 11 blocked videos in 14 days. The ones that are new releases I make sure to get those up, some I've had to edit 6 or 8 times to get them by the video blocks. The one I did today for Protect The Land, you can see the video box was faded on the edges, that took 3 edits and uploads to get the systems to not recognize the video and not block it. It's been rough my time is just about tripled to get up less videos.

That was Daron (guitar) singing and that was one of the issues that made them go in hiatus (along with others): He wants to be the lead singer too. In SOAD´s three first albums he would just harmonize with Serj and have a few lines like in this song and that was that: it was great, true System Of A Down we all grown to love. But then they launched the last album (double album) and Daron is lead singer in a lot of the songs and it´s a complete mess. Some of the weakest SOAD songs are the ones he is lead singer. It was all downhill from there and it´s been 15 years now.... A voice powerhouse like Serj being in the shadow of a wannabe singer like Daron, it´s pathetic. He´s a great guitar player though and that´s what he should be doing....just imagine "Chop Suey", "Aerials" or "Toxicity" being sang with Daron´s voice...JESUS CHRIST get me out of that nigthmare!
Both Serj and Daron have unique and amazing voices. Each song they made sounded great with their own respectible voices. Please, don't talk about things you obviously don't know shit about.

@Dimitra Kupraiou yeah, in his way. Fits perfectly on Scars, hideous as lead vocal on SOAD.
The problem is that his lead vocals while not bad stand out as not so great when compared to Serj, it's much better as backing vocals or just singing certain segments on his own and really shines in smaller doses. His lyrics were also sometimes borderline ridiculous on the double album, and not in a good way like weird metaphors or difficult to parse, but the opposite, too simple and blunt, lacking complexity or nuance.
