@@mathieublackburn6609 Going all out on the bass drum, the snare and the crash. There's variations of this, but that's what I heard on the song. People are freaked at this because they never expect it on SOAD.

Mine was the same - it was so so confusing, refreshing and awesome at the same time! Grined from ear to ear.
Even though they had blast beats in other songs, I think they were not combined with death metal guitar playing, that's what made it feel so unlike System.
Imagine what it would've sounded like with another more silent back death metal scream vocals. Maaan...
