Youre correct the second fish is a weakfish similar to sea trout but weakfish size limit is smaller than trout so you good

+brooks harlow Yes! All the local NC fisherman I've spoke to call them "sea mullet" , its not a true mullet though . They are the same fish as whiting. Thanks for watching!
