- Part I of my playthrough of the Space Quest 3 3D Fan Game. The game glitched out towards the end in the robot arena - so I split this into two videos.

I played it through first before I watched. I felt like a little kid again!
It's a nice tribute to a classic game!

I could have sworn after taking the reactor and having it stolen you could just climb back down the ladder instead now you have to take the elevator. Perhaps I'm wrong.
I didn't know that you could just climb back down the ladder (at least in original) until after I recorded this!

Was this all voiced by one guy? It's not _awful,_ but you can kinda tell. This gent is definitely no Gary Owens, either - though he wasn't trying to be, either.
Anyway, this remake gives me _Escape From Monkey Island_ vibes. I kinda dig it.
I bet they didn't cover every possible event in the game, though. (;

I thought small outfits like AGD Interactive and Infamous Adventures stopped remaking Sierra games after Activision Blizzard acquired most of their properties. (They interfered with The Silver Lining project, and IA was already doing a remake of the game before they stopped mid-development.) You, sir, proved me wrong.
I think this flew under their legal radar.
Need these same people to do this to space quest 4. My favorite of all time

If you grab the ladder after leaving the rats nest, the rat never jumps you and steals the reactor. saves a good 5 minutes.

This Fan game is really VERY good except the part of the robot battle which is just impossible to play - always crash my computer 😞
It froze up for me as well in this video.

Is this legal? I've been wanting to do this but I don't think it's legal. I think you are going to find yourself in the middle of a legal battle.
Copyright has an expropriation date though , right? The game came out in 87' so over 35 years ago.
