I myself was very surprised that some really good 'budget' watches came with such lousy tools, some of them bend the first time you try a micro adjustment, and some are finished after just one spring pin removal. This is actually a real useful short video to bookmark for future reference if anyone out there is planning on changes / adjustments to their collections ( especially any expensive watches)

Definitely worth the investment. It has changed my experiences with swapping straps.

I've been using one of these regularly for the last two years and it's still undamaged and going strong. Well worth it.

I’m sure I’ll get to this point sometime in the future. Good to know the Aliexpress knock off tool isn’t up to snuff. Thanks!

I really liked the video James. Everyone does watch videos but very few do tool and accessories videos. I am going to order one thanks to your video. Love you see more on this topic.

Yeah the Bergeon ones are amazing. I've had one for a few years, use it a ton, and it's still going strong. 🍸🍸

Had to buy the expensive Burgeon springbar tweezers because my of my Tudor BB54. Easier to use, but still difficult lol.

I splashed out on one not too long ago. Can't remember where I saw the suggestion but glad I got it as some of those freebies are just straight in the bin junk. Great addition to my watch toolkit.

In using one I've got with Seestern. Smaller than typical but build better, been using it for a while and stil holds.

I agree with this video - it is too worth it! If fact, I think there is a market for high end tools for watch enthusiasts. What do you think about that idea?

It is definitely worth investing in a good set of tools and this is the one to start with

I destroyed a lot of the free springbar tools. Maybe I will get me a Bergeon tool one day, but I tend to change the watch instead of the strap. :D And most of my straps are quick release. 🕐⚙️🍸

Hi James, what was the link to the Amazon page where you bought this Bergeon spring bar tool? $32 Aus sounds link a worthwhile investment to me. I have a heap of the Aliexpress ones around the house too and all of them warp pretty quickly with use.

Hello. I’ve added the direct like the video description now. Unfortunately it has increased in price since I bought mine. Bugger. But still definitely worth getting one.

I have not tried it on a Rolex. If it has standard spring bars then it should work.
