I could watch setup videos all day
Same here
This dudes the best, talked to him for 30mins to an hour, at an Element Demo in 2012-13, Ashbridges Toronto
I love this segment, bring the pro board setups content back!! People don’t understand this is the content and marketing that sells products cause we look up to these guys and want to have their skills and be them so we buy what they ride and it grows the industry and makes them money. Nobody would buy baker if it wasn’t for reynolds, almost would of died if it wasn’t for Rodney and Daewon, girl use to make millions off mike mo, Sean malto, biebel and Marc, thunder probably sells so many trucks cause of ishod and all the heavy hitters, the only staples I can think of that sell these days without rider promo is Indy, mob, bones and spitfire, reds
I learned how to skate on his element mind traveler cruiser. Forever grateful for this dude
I love this guy's style. Shake Junt truly is the dopest brand in skating. They aren't just Skate Media geniuses. They got the team of teams.
Only good brand left at bakerboys
148 Thunders are literally 8.25 🤣
I swear sometimes pros know less about their own set ups, than the people who watch these.
I love this content. keep it coming
Tre flips on a flat deck for me are damn near impossible but on a steeper concave its much easier
Love this Content ❤ PRO Setup 🙏🏼
Please keep making these
Really cool skateboard deck
My favourite Julian part was from Future Nature he’s dope af
Love his style and trick selection!
this fool took the graphic off some spitfires
I will never understand the " they make this shape for me only" or "they don't really make this exact board" well why not? Maybe people wanna try the B16. These board companies wanna SELL more boards right?
Not everything sells enough to be worth producing it's simple
It has a lot to do with Ds at the factory
They actually want to sell less board shapes.
Just cop at AR-15 shape if you still can.
Fairly sure he was referring to the graphic. According to the Baker site the mellow decks are B16 shapes and steep are the B2.
@@marvj8255 D’s nuts
It’s so crazy that him and Nick Garcia are cousins and they both good af 🔥🔥🔥
Love these
148s are 8.25 lol
If you’re from the time before 148s we’re made we used to use 147s on 8.25s
Though the 148 is good for 8.25-8.38
@@qreviewswquiantehoggard5396 I’m still using 147s on an 8.25, but have 148 Hollow Lights ready to rock.
@@qreviewswquiantehoggard5396 back in the time of “147s” I was riding 149s on 8.25s then skated 8.5s I like a wider trucks. more truck to grind on and lock in with personally now I’m on 159s on 8.8 or 8.6 and still able to flip my board
8.25s feel way too small these days but everyone has their preferences. Marc suciu rides 148s on a 8.38 also. Seems like a perfect tech setup for street skating
@@ianturnbow7011 for me bigger is better. maybe you get two boards setup one with the 147s and one with the 148s see what’s the difference or just change out the trucks on the same board
@@ericmcali7751 I have two boards. My street board is an 8.25 with 53mm 99A Formula Four Conical Fulls. My park/cruiser deck is an 8.8 with Indy Stage 11 169s and 56mm 87A OJ Keyframes. I love the feel of trucks being flush with the width of the board. Grinding on 8.75” Independent Trucks is butter!
I'm not a fan of a big logo on my grip either.
All black baby
Shake junt plain black grip is the best imo. It's called Onyx
Do pros not really know what their sponsors make? Thunder 148 are 8.25"
They say that if you Like and Subscribe it’s good luck for like, at least 10 minutes 🎉
148 is the 8.25 unfortunately
No one besides Tensor makes the odd sized trucks. They have a 8.125 and a 8.375
148 thunders are 8.25
Ace classics are odd sized too. So are the retro stage 4 Indy's that just released
Mini Logo makes a 8.38 or 8.375
148 is 8.25 lol

I wish they could make ACTUAL pro models rather than the hand me downs. I’d fucking pay extra to have an actual board the pro rides. Companies really suck at advertising that’s why they don’t sell. Even, a pricey complete from a pro would be worth it. Shit, these companies make it sound like consumers are asking FOR THE WORLD, when they can up the price and advertise better.
What do you mean by all of this? Little confusing.
