Nicely done. You're the first to "make " this connection... really helpful. I've now tried it with an iPad and iPad mini, and the process is nearly the same.
Hi! I tried this tip, but I do notice the output quality sounds poorer than connecting to pocket 3. Do you also notice it? It sounds very microphoney. When I watch others video that use the microphone connected to pocket 3 it sounds much clearer.
Have you tried updating the firmware of the transmitter? I was having an issue where the audio didn't sound great and I updated my transmitter to the latest firmware that came out a few weeks ago and it sounds much better.
Did some digging on UA-cam yesterday and realized it’s because pocket 3 has a built in receiver so the sound quality is way better. Connecting via Bluetooth with other devices does the job but a significant cut on the sound quality 🫠 enough to use but not good enough to do a voiceover 😅
@@ursulinenyandindi3051 I recommend if not using dji 3 as receiving advice, then better not use it at all. Other devices do not have a built in receiver for the microphone so it doesn’t achieve its potential.
As soon as I connect the DJI mic 2 to my macbook it keeps disconnecting by itself and then it connects again. Additionally, I don't know why but the DJI mic 2 spontaneously becomes output and input. It's just that the mic automatically strives to be both output and input at the same time. Manually changing it does nothing. It must be a bug. Unfortunately, I can't fix it. Too bad because I wanted to record courses, webinars and video calls with this microphone.
Thank you for this video, but my microphone doesn't turn on to blue, I don't know why?! Then my Bluetooth can not recognise it? Please help me what's the matter?
It might be stuck on some other mode. Hold down the record button for about 5 seconds and the blue light should turn on. Then you can press the link button to start the pairing process.
I did this, connected fine but it keeps connecting/disconnecting. Anyone else find that?
Ive been in contact with DJI. Seems like an M1 but. Solution now is to forget and re-pair
@@HotelSeptember I tried this and still having the same issue. Did you get a working solution?
Thanks Desiree! nice video.
Thank you!
You're welcome!

Same thing happened to me. I used it for like 4 or 5 times and nothing weird happened until last time when the exact same thing happened to me.
Thank you! I was looking for this exact information.
Thanks...
For some reason, it is not connecting to my computer
Is it higher quality to just use the receiver and plug it into the aux on the MacBook rather than going completely Bluetooth/wireless?
The Macbook will not recognize the receiver as an audio input if it's plugged into the aux.

this just blew my mind, thank you for this video, you afforded me a new microphone to record audio :D
Your audio quality on UA-cam is excellent!
Can I ask what method and what equipment you used to achieve such perfect sound quality
Thank you so much! I usually use the Saramonic Blink wireless lavalier microphone and the new DJI Mic 2.
Hey! I tried clicking the Bluetooth button but it started flashing green, not blue and it’s not being recognized by my MacBook. Thoughts?
I have the same issue!
@@coachpyry Press and hold the record button for 3 seconds, and the light will go from green to blue.
Brilliant, thank you :)
Thank you for the info!!
