Life was bad at that time things are much better now but i went on a fast weight loss journey got down to 183 at my lowest sitting around 190 these days. Best of luck with the weight loss journey. You should do the "Myo" routine. Here is the breakdown: Push Ups: 1st set - To Failure, 2nd set - Go to Failure again. If you hit the first amount, that's great. If not, then keep going until you hit that first # from set 1. Take as many breaks as you need., 3rd set - Do the same thing as set 2; try and hit the 1st set's # with as many breaks as you need. This can also be done with Pull Ups (or any exercise, really). This is quick and efficient while also reaching your full potential in only 3 sets.
236 is great! Keep it up, brother! Do "Arnold's" for upper body. It's essentially dumbbell press work, but you can use other objects if you look around.
The secret to losing weight is eating less. If you track your calories and eat at a caloric deficit you are pretty much guaranteed to lose weight. In terms of what you can control, diet is probably like 80% of weight loss after you get your newbie gains. If you eat less then you don't need to spend time exercising as much. I'm 10% bodyfat.
Have you looked into buying Lorcana collections? I've been selling on TCG player for a couple of years with 1500 sales. I listed a couple hundred lorcana cards minimum of .25c and the turnover was surprising. Most 90% of the cards sold within 6 hours when listed on a Sunday afternoon. I havnt seen that with Magic or Pokemon.
Interesting probably just a lot less competition I'm sure it won't lasy forever if it really takes off/sticks around. I haven't touched any lorcana aside from ripping a few packs in Charlotte

Yeah caloric deficit is the way. Gonna try eating a bit less and being more active. Increase the outgoing and decrease the incoming.
Bro you will be 230 in no time. Try this for upper body, 300 push ups a day 100 in the morning, 100 in the afternoon and 100 night time
