  • Опубліковано 15 сер 2024
  • Using just a few simple tools like tweezers & scissors, you can restring your Grandmother's pearl strand or create your own special piece to be treasured. Hand knotting between pearls is a time tested method that will preserve their luster and you don't have to be a jeweler to know how it's done. This is a full-length version of the short video I shote and submitted to Create. I go into the detail that you're used to. This video isn't limited to pearls. You can use this technique to string or restring any bead or trinket that you choose. Enjoy!
Here are the timecodes so you can skip ahead or rewind.

You can do it! I have confidence. Maybe practice on some cheap beads too start but either way, it's not permanent so if you aren't satisfied you can start over. But, I don't think you will have to. You will be so happy to do this yourself!

I have watched a few videos on stringing pearls, but this one is by far the best and i will be using this technique to re-string my daughter's pearl bracelet. This video showed exactly what this excellent teacher was doing. Her hands were positioned where the viewer could always see the work, the closeups were in focus, and furthermore, the camera stayed on the work long enough for the viewer to understand exactly what was being done. The audio quality was very good also, and the instructor was charming.

its hard to find neat people to learn from who actually know what ther talking about
I have picked up the art of chain maille crafts about 2 years ago were i once was just scrapping copper wire in the many gages it comes in and the many uses electricity trials through it
as i found it and became more fascinated with the metal and its glowing property and how close to gold it is well enough of that for now
its about and how to teach
so glad I stumbled upon your video channel I do thirst for knowledge of this ever growing art were a simple thing like wire can be so expandable in its uses as a medium
