India needed social reform before political independence. Since it did not happen first 1/3 India was cut to become Pakistan. The other social issues still hold its true potential. Plus the ongoing standoff with Pakistan will also hamper it's true potential. Jinnah was social reformer but he was brushed off by Congress party.

They praised Ambedkar because he was sc and to make him fell betetr. He was good but not that great as they say. There were so many people. Most importantly he was power hungry. He was good for some things but did a lot of damage. Most importantly he never really helped scs and never helped them with their dirty habits.
Do you know Mahars went to court when some other caste people disposed off dead cows. Courts said only mahars had to do that!

Pl face the fact. It is a habit. They have so many habits which are undesirable. Vulgar speech, not having a bath. No politician ever addressed their poor habits which alienate them. Because politicians never face facts as they want their votes. These people need education into hygiene and values. That is why when they do that they are even worshipped like many saints like Chokamela, Ravidas, Tukaram and many in the south Nandanaar, ThiruppaaNaazvaar

These people need education from some one with leadership. Not just some power hungry crooked politician who will prey on them for votes to get rich.
Ambedkar talked about persecution which made him famous but these people still are the same. Let us face it. Ambedkar was another power hungry politician
