    If you dont mind, make a video about stretching or full warmup before and after workout. Thanksss

      Do warm up sets (not working sets weight) and stretch after.

    Video would be even better if you showed action sequences that highlight what you are explaining. Jeff Cavalier does that very well.

    Great tips and I have downloaded the guide... Hope I can improve even more my squat. I'm super proud of where I'm at now doing 3 clean squats with my body weight on the bar. From a flat foot guy with a leg shorter than the other (1/2") and a destroyed ankle about a year ago... I'm realy happy... your guide should help me improve even more like all your other videos. Keep it up, you are the one who explains everything better!

    I don't have access to squat rack at home therefore I'm going to stick with goblet squat + lunges with high reps 15-20 and pre exhaust technique. It's more safe and easy for the joints.

      @Abbas Alkawiz .... Do you own a barbell. Either purchase a landmine attachment for squat/leg exercise variations or do barbell hack squats.

    Thank you! I’ve been doing squats for I while now but my biggest issue is when I take heavy and I’m going down but when I go up my chest falls forward.... I’m trying so badly to have a good technology but my chest always want to fall forward when I’m going up...

      While squatting is a great exercise, I dont believe (and studies show) you dont have to squat to build great legs as long as you incorporate a variety of exercises.

      Missing so much. Squats hit so many things other than quads like tendons and ligaments.
