Hi jake! Just a question about sizing! I wear a UK 3.5 in the Nano 9/10 but a 3 in the x1/x2. Love the fit of my X2s and I have wide feet, how would you recommend sizing the x3? Thanks for your help!
Thabks Jake for awesome review. I have flat and wide feet, what shoe would you recommend me for crossfit and strong lifts workouts..I face challenges in squats, thrusters and snatches..my feet pains after workout sessions..appreciate your suggestions
It's not not an upgrade, it's just different. The "upgrade" part would be contextual on your preferences. For example, you may find that the Nano X3 gives you more range and feels better for versatile training, but it doesn't have the same "flatter" feel as the Metcon, so in some ways, I would call it an upgrade, but I tread lightly saying it's an upgrade in every aspect of training because the Metcon 6s are a sick shoe!
Which would you prefer for HIIT training? I have an old pair of nanos and like the stability for squats but I need more cushion for all the bouncing around we do.
Great job with this review! With the X2 I felt it had a little more arch support than what I would like and felt it place some pressure on the arch of my foot. Do you think the X3 had a more flatter insole and less aggressive arch support than the X2?
Any recommendations for a pair of sneakers that are 50/50 in terms of walks/runs (1 hour minimum) and lifting weights/weight machines (not power lifting)?
Hi Jake! I was in the market for a new gym shoe and ended up ordering the nano X3 but im a bit worried I ordered the wrong size. I kept reading that the X2’s run large so sizing down 0.5 size was recommended. Hey Jake! I already have a size 9 X2 and it fits well. If I also got the X3, should I stay with the same size or go up to a 9.5 because you said it was snugger? Thanks!

Today I have received my reebok nano x3 but not sure which size should i take, the 9.0 my big toe is touches the tip of the shoe but the next one i feel like big room in the front, what do you recommend?
