    Best food in the world. God bless you. But don’t advise to boil or cook because once you boil it cook it looses most of its benefit. It’s best when eaten as it is RAW.

      Nikhil Raj Gupta Actually If you stir fry them with very little oil for 1 min it gives you more benefits than eat them Raw. Sometimes Raw develops bacteria in it.

      The boil part is really important to avoid any possibility of bacteria. Instead of taking it raw and risking stomach infection, one may just boil it for 3-4 min max. It might reduce some nutrients (NOT ALL) and make it risk-free.

    Hello Nisha Ji, I am a regular follower of your recipes. Love each of them.
    Have a query relating ssprouts . I never faced any problems in sprouting until now. upper ke moong daal pani lekara phool jata hai.... jitne bhi neeche ke hote hai.... woh poore kache reh jate hai. Its happening every time now. I really dont feel like sprouting now. 😢. I put enough water and also take big and broad vessel

    How long must I wait after planting seeds until Black Grams are Harvestable???

      You can plant them at this stage. And just wait n observe them. In few months you'll notice green fruit coming up. Wait for it to dry n it's ready to harvest.
      There's no definite time as such. Wait for the plant to grow with fruit n dry.

      Reshma Ahmad Ji koi ankurit anjaj Super food hota hai agar 3-4 type ke sprout add kiye jaye to overall aisa koi bhi nutrition nhi Jo isme mile na. ek aur bast Jo iss video me missing hai ki aapko isse ankurit hone ke baad 7 min ka low gas me boil jaroor kre kyunki sprout me lamba time lgta hai isliye isme fungus bacteria BN jate hai. thanks
