What an AWESOME video. Your demonstration at the end is incredible. I have a red WRX too and I may copy cat your build solely on your videos for support!
This can also be done w/the bumper on; just need ramps for more space. Remove 6 clips and 1-10mm screw and the splash panel folds down (each side). Not sure if I want the SS3 Sport or the new DD Elite fogs (more factory looking) released this year. I have h11 reflector fogs and the beam pattern blows, washed out by the headlights, and they don't illuminate the sides very well...
@@Human14922...well, if his STi has them already, it's p-n-p. If it doesn't, then he's got to add a switch, relay, wires and bezels (unless it's pre-wired like my '19 wrx base; then an "add fogs kit" is only necessary....
Appreciate the video. I bought the pro for my sti and should be getting them soon. Low key might regret that decision seeing how bright the sport version are though. :-D
Thanks man! It can be done but it’s going to require a lot more work since you’ll have to go through the fender liner and stuff like that. It’s definitely possible though!
Did you end up aiming them down? I have the SS3 max fogs on my 21 Crosstrek. When i first installed the lights I had them adjusted straight. But it seemed it was shooting too high, like yours in the video. I lowerd mine down so I don't piss anyone off lol
Nope, I kept them as-is! The car is slightly lowered so I think that’s what’s keeping me from blinding people haha. I drive with them on full time at night and I haven’t had anyone get mad at me yet, but I do eventually want to adjust them since they seem to blend in too much with the led head lights.
@@ronfromportland ... well, fog lights are meant to see low and wide (not far and narrow). they should help illuminate the sides of the road so you can see the lines/edge. If you want to see far, you're better off with a spot/driving light; not a fog light. Sadly, the price on the SS3 sport has skyrocketed (over night) and these are now crazy money....

Thank you! 🙏
Best install i've seen, thanks for taking the time to show step by step how to install these. Liked and subbed.
Thanks for checking out the video man! I really appreciate it.
Those are freakin bright…. And I just ordered the pro model. Oh boy…
Oh man, those are going to be so sick!

Can you share a photo of your in car dash fog light button?

They’re pretty bright!

Thanks man! I’m sure the pro version is well worth it!
They are insane
They’re pretty dope!
Looks great dude. Wondering if this can be done without needing to remove the bumper.

@@ronfromportland Awesome light btw. Can the fog light cover be removed to install these?
@@Viral__TV thank you! I would say no since you wouldn’t have enough room to access the screws from behind the fog light covers.
Sold!
Did you add fog light button or how do you turn them on separate from low beam headlight
I didn’t add a separate button. It came like this from the factory.
What headlights you using bro ? There pretty already bright haha
These are just the OEM headlights haha 👌

@@K03sport Yeah, I took a look at the prices and it’s insane how much they’ve gone up!
How much were they when you bought them?
can you adjust beam height, because I thing that is too high..
Yup, they are adjustable. The bracket allows you to angle them slightly down.
With these ON do other drivers flashback at you for blinding them? now that you've had them for a while
Nope, not at all! I use them every night too.
Does anyone know how to install without already havin fog lights wired from OEM?
How many lumens are they
1930 lumens (raw output)
