Mate, I’ve done maybe 40 nights in the Alton hammock (& I’m not light) and love it. Also useful tarp and mozzie net too. I got the under quilt recently but it’s been too hot to try properly so far.
great episode! really enjoyed it !! you've just made it around all those big storms we had last week ! that river looks incredible great spots for camping ! well done !
Good video Stefan 👍 Fuel prices at the moment are way too high but just like typical Australians what do we do?……… absolutely nothing, we just bend over & take it.
100% right! We only get a few thousand protesting for ‘Kill The Bill’, So smacking an extra 50c a litre on fuel is no bother for the government as they know the people won’t do a thing, most will probably smile & thank the government lol.
@@stuartkcalvin they absolutely do! Taken from channel 9news; As of August 2021, the price you pay for unleaded petrol includes the Australian Government fuel excise set at 43.3 cents per litre. The Australian Government taxes fuel at a very high rate. 29 Oct 2021
@@stuartkcalvin 🤣 about a third of the price is tax. But essentially you’re right the government has their cut & they don’t care how much we are being gouged…..because gouged we are being. Coffs Harbour has always been an expensive place to buy fuel, again this is why I have a replacement bigger capacity tank, so I can avoid buying fuel in places like Coffs Harbour.
Hey Stefan, can I please make a suggestion? When you edit the movies, can you please check the sound levels and try to equalize all bits and pieces and especially the intro around similar volume values? It so annoing in the night when my family is asleep to have to turn the volume down QUICKLY when the intro explodes 3x louder than the rest of the movie. Thank you
yea I try to keep it reasonably level, seems like does not always work. Unfortunately a one man show, no editors, sound and colour guys etc. Maybe one day.
yes if I have the chance to review australian made products like Campers Pantry, GME, Redarc, Ultra Vision I definitely do but unfortunate not to many around. Always open for suggestions

It's easy to add a second "y" to Nymboida - we all do it.
glad to know I'm not the only one lol

Diesel prices in Europe are at least 50% higher. You don't know when you are well off.
lol yes Europe is shocking but we haven't had that high prices in a while here in OZ
How did Scottie’s Drifta tent and the awning hold up in the weather
he likes it but packing in wet he had a moist mattress and bedding
another good upload. Maybe you could ask australian companies that manufacture products here in australia and not china to review? cheers

Great vid again what is the brand of you swag
the stretcher is an Oztent Bunker Pro but wait for part 3 of this series before you buy...
@@AlloffroadAu No probs thanks.
water can rise a lot higher than that overnight
yea, unlikely as the bulk of the rain was forecast for the next day but we had an emergency exit plotted which was another 20m higher up.
Soon there be wind turbines on every ridge. All in pursuit of net zero. Whatever that means.
hopefully not
