@@Phantlos I dont think that's good idea for Italy. Im sorry I didnt specify earlier.
If naval mechanics weren't changed in mod, carriers are pretty OP (except weather RNG) to the point, where it's worth overstacking (using converted cruisers for additional NAVs in battle as well as taking some CAS and fighters to trick overstacking), and using light attack heavy cruisers(using secondary or dual-purpose batteries) with some torpedoes or putting torpedoes on destroyers, since speed impact on hit chance was nerfed.
But anyway, Italy's industry wouldn't be able to sustain that, maybe except full naval Italy.
