disclaimer: i was backseated by the dev team at certain points in this playthrough, and both the burning tree and harvester arena were constructed by other players on the server. these will not be in your playthrough in the base modpack

I'm glad you took the time to check out RoTN! I really haven't seen it get much traction from people on social media, which sucks because it is by FAR my favorite modpack!

Ah yes, RoTN, I still have ptsd from it T~T Make sure to encase your base with water now that you defeated the Harvester! Mob AI will get better and they will start dropping tnt to breach in!
I played this pack with my ski buddies for two weeks and quit shortly after we beat the Harvester because we were fed up with having to clear out mobs and repair our base every 14 days since it took ~40 minutes of play time whenever it happened, glad to see someone else enjoying what the pack has to offer! 😭😭😭
You lasted more than 14 days without burying yourselves underground?
@@erie3936 Yes, we initially started with a simple house which got demolished during the first invasion and afterwards one of my ski buddies grinded for a stonecutter whilst I gathered the materials to make bricks since they are the only blocks which take a significantly longer amount of time for enemies to break and once you have a brick wall around the perimeter of your base you’re all set but the annoying part is clearing out the enemies as they don’t burn during daytime since they spawn with armor on their heads.

i started playing RotN solo recently
i have not beaten the harvester yet, in case you're wondering (about to get an enchantment table though whenever i play it again) (yes i am very scared of the new mobs that become a new problem upon killing the harvester what tipped you off)

I know, Im an RLCraft veteran I very much so remember 😭 but I haven’t played with Ice and Fire as a core part of a modpack in so long he genuinely scared the life out of me and I didn’t connect the dots at first glance
@ I never really played RL craft. It's a good modpack ngl but when I saw a Vesper, yeah nope that's my time to go I ain't dealing with a giant wasp.
