1/2 teaspoon baking powder

100ml water
-Chilli Sauce
27g butter
3 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon scotch bonnet
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon ketchup
1.5 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 tablespoon spring onion leaves
