Your worm was DOA and never moved a bit. Don't hook it so many times and fish with the whole worm instead of pinching it in half. This is PROOF that presentation matters. When you hook a nightcrawler, it is advised, to NEVER poke a hole through it numerous times in a big clump. It's a bad and lazy way to hook a worm. You want the worm to be as slender (most natural looking) as possible and a little tail at the end. Yes, you will be literally wrestling with your worm but it matters. Also, for note, if you want those bluegill you need to float your worm or use a floater to bring your worm higher and closer to the surface.

There are two ways one can reference Terraria through this video: the nightcrawlers he uses as bait, and the wall of text that appears at the start when you have subtitles on
Panfish and bass will usually go for a suspended bait much more readily, especially if it's 6-12 inches off the bottom. I'm sure this would be tricky with a camera attached to your fishing line...maybe run a longer leader from the camera and put some sort of float just above the bait/hook, and give it some action every now and then.
Just a suggestion if you use a size 4 hook and put the worm on as if you were putting on a sock and elevate the hook so it's off the lake bed you will have a better chance of hooking them.

I know this has been up for a while, and I second some of the suggestions about presentation of the worm to the fish. If the worm would actually be slightly hanging in the water column it would be more attractive to the bass as they are predatory and are less like to eat from the bottom. Use a bobber, measure the depth with a heavy weight so that the bobber is positioned slightly under the surface. This ensures presentation an inch above the bottom.
Fun video. Try a worm inflator, that’s a needle you stick on the worm to blow an air bubble in it. Then the worm will float a few inches off the bottom. I thought it was a joke the first time I heard about it but it really works great here in California.

I'd use wax worms. They hold up better, and the fit in a blue gill's mouth. The trouble with nightcrawler is the die too easily. So I've found I have to "twitch" a nightcrawler, to make anything other than catfish think it's still alive. Fish know what's normal in the water, your camera looks like a lure to them, that's why they keep biting it. I think it's really cool what you're doing though, please keep it up!

I also never rip the worm in half unless they are biting super quick. And I always use a bobber so there is no mistake of when they are starting to bite, and it maximizes the window of opportunity to know when to try to hit them. And i never keep it down there for more than a minute or two, then keep moving until i find the hot spot. I find fishing to be an active hobby...not just throw it out there and let it set. Crawlers will always be my favorite and most successful bait.

I put a small sinker a few inches above the hook (not sure the science behind it but there is a definite difference between whether or not I use it). Worm should be alive so it's moving down there.
PigpatrolTV youtuber puts a go pro on a big channel cat. That was good watching
We have a device sold here in the Seattle area that lets you inject the worm with fish oil (or other oils). Fish feed two ways, by sight or by scent. Adding scent makes it killer.
