Riding lawn mower oil and filter change - Toro Time Cutter SS3225

Changing the oil and filter on a riding lawnmower is easy. Toro Time Cutter Zero Turn SS3225
The hose I used to drain the oil had an inner diameter of 1/2".
Filter part number: 120-4276
Toro 136-7848 Oil Filter replaces 120-4276

I enjoy driving the mower. It picks up speed and the turns are super efficient. I did hit a tree and a mailbox but no damage. I get carried away sometimes and forgot PULL BACK to stop :)

I have that tractor and for now its right arm does not work to turn

I haven't had a turning problem. However, a search showed several possible causes (belt, linkage, cable). Did you have a chance to look underneath to scope out a problem? It might be a simple fix.
