Dr. Resnick, super helpful info here! I have taken notes and excited to get a copy of your e-book. Thank you so much for your thorough information. Will change the way I evaluate "Fatigue"!
Thanks for the note. As I unveil all of the aspects of this functional style of thinking, you will see that we can address all diagnoses from a systems-based perspective. Not just fatigue. Be well!
Regarding EBV tests and results...I’ve had this done and like many others, was highly positive (700+) for having had the antibodies from prior infection, but “negative ” for active antibodies...but I have seen conflicting information online regarding whether or not the negative test result is absolute and a reoccurring infection is not present. In fact, I’ve also seen some inclination to treat taking into consideration the very high antibody presence and the symptoms over a long term. What do you think about this?
I agree with you on this. I will commonly return to the consideration of amino acids after the more salient issues have been addressed. Yes, I should probably include testing aa's as a part of the "nutrition" strata. However so many people have major issues with cortisol, thyroid, the gut.... part of the challenge is to prioritize testing and focus. For the urea cycle, a good start is to simply measure ammonia levels.
Thank you Dr. Scott.
You bet, take care!
I've had all these done, all perfect. Now what. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

Keep up the good work Doc.
Thanks, Chris. More coming. I had to focus on my day job for a bit...
Thank you once again!
Thanks, Susan for checking in. Be well!
Thank you for sharing
Thank you. I hope that this gave you some insights. Blessings.

Something else I feel like is overlooked is an amino acid panel. My amino acids were tanked . And I believe I have a urea cycle disorder
