All my life ive always wanted to be a MLB player. I started playing baseball late, never have played travel ball, never had a private coach. i was always to scared to tell my parents of my dreams, because I was always afraid of what they'd say. When I was beginning my sophomore year and getting into baseball season, I got hit with a concussion. It was a terribly one, missed the entire season. I lost all motivation had no dedication, was going through depression. Than one day I talked with my dad told him about my dreams, he took it well, and told me he'd always support me in whatever I wanted to do. Talked with my best friends about it and he gave me tough love, told me that I need to take is seriously and train everyday. So i'm going to, I will make the MLB, and make my friends and family proud!!
I’ve always done these workouts but with heavier weights and I still don’t see a change. Do u think i should do lighter and more reps?. I’ve also recently bought bands and I’ve been using them as well
@@NorthernBaseballTraining ur right. My diet is horrible. I see muscle growth in my shoulders in back just not improvement on my throwing distance. I need to get my diet in check Bcz I’m barely 15 so I’ll eat whatever I see lmao
@@ryanwilson7241 I never changed my diet I did these exercises but also did long toss whenever I could. That’s what helped me the most. If u ever do long toss make sure to get bands for recovery they help a ton
Hey I'm at QB highschool 9th grade I'm looking for small workouts for my rotator cuff and to strengthen my shoulder my shoulder or inside peck tens to be sore after a couple of days throwing I wanted to ask how to get rid of the pain or soreness and would these workouts injure my arm or damage it I have been doing workouts just like this and it does burn much more on my throwing shoulder I also ice my shoulder after every practice and still the pain will come back after I throw the next couple of days later and it is a real struggle to throw with my tempo with the pain in my shoulder/interior rotator cuff so I'd there anything you could help me out on it would mean alot thank you
I know it’s been awhile but I had a serious injury to both of my rotator cuffs. You probably need to stretch them, mine still get tight every couple of days even though they are better now, so I’d suggest stretching every night for a few minutes and before you throw

Quick question, when do I incorporate weighted ball training along with these exercises?? Thank you!
What amount of dumbbell weight would you recommend for a 13 year old for these particular exercises?

What’s your diet look like? If you’re diet isn’t in check, then you can lift all the weights you want and you won’t see results

Depends on your workout schedule but I'd say once per week

Try cold showers, thats how I usually deal with a lot of the soreness when i play baseball or marching band. It really helps
