Dr John Campbell has a lot of in=depth info on D3. If taking regular D3 you also need to take K2 to ensure calcium goes to bones and not soft tissue.

Thanks to your videos, I’ve upped my greens intake. I now eat about 8 cups of greens a day in three salads. The second day after I began incorporating more organic greens into my diet, I was in the shower and blew my nose about four time and each time, a big handful of mucus came out and suddenly, I could take such deep breaths and had a renewed sense of smell. I assume since the greens are so high in Vitamin A, that it helped decongest my sinuses.

I went on keto thanks to you to help with my cholesterol and I noticed it did help my sinuses.
I do get sinus infections like I used to. But I have been having trouble with stuffy nose and sinus headaches lately. Today, I had vertigo.

Dr Berg I don't know how else to thank you, I am currently a subscriber and I see your hard work. I saw especially how hard is it to illustrate about our bodies and it's ailments as some people have the same conditions but different root issues so there's always a debate. Yes it is alot hard to understand but I try my hardest to listen keenly and grasp.
Regarding my sinus issue, I am 39 years old, and I have been having sinus issues, literally all my life, I almost think it was normal. Constant scratchy nose, which to relief it I have hauling air in my nose in and out in a vigorous way, which is highly annoying and it's like I can't stop. That was from I was 16. And It sure don't give my mouth a good odour which I try to take very good care of.
Since the last 5yrs , I realise I could sneeze at least 10 times on a good day and climax to 30 on a bad day, whether in any season it doesn't matter and I live in the uk.
I stop going to the doctors period, I would take their medicines but what I don't understand why am I suffering all year long, and they always say because the Pollens are out. Yes spring but surely not winter too. Yes I would take them, but then it wears off, what do I do....

Also i thought i might throw this in, i have started your form of keto diet. January the 1st I started out st 14 stone 4, let me do the math, that would be, 186 pounds, now am down to 11 stone 5 (148 pounds.) Oh, boy timely news as my husband and I are suffering from colds/flu this week and we have been stuffed! A while back, I had heard that the herb Collinsonia, commonly known as "stoneroot" was very good at getting a nose unstuffed. I had been taking it during allergy season, or when I had to do Spring Cleaning, dusty areas. It has lessened the impact of the allergies' effect on my sinuses. What you had to say about Vitamin A was relevant as well, and since I had my GB out, well, it's a challenge. Thanks for the information that your videos supply. I've got a 4 inch hole inside my nose from surgery so I suffer with non stop terrible sinus blockage. I'm absolutely amazed that my ENT doctor has not prescribed me this.

I know it was four years ago that you said this but if you're still suffering look up the Neti pot on UA-cam. It will change your life. I've recently been sick for weeks from sinusitis. It got to the point that I was waking up with so much pressure and was so dizzy I thought I was going to die. On the last day of this (2 days ago) I went and got a Neti pot. All my pains in my head, the pressure and the dizzy feeling immediately went away. It flushed all of that crap out of my nasal passgaes and relieved me of the horrible pressure headaches. Try it or at the very least look at the video on youtube about it. Mine was only 9 bucks.

Really? wow. I'm from the Caribbean and now I live in the USA. I now have sinus problems including nasal polyps but when I was back home, in the Caribbean I never had any issues. I think my issue maybe lack of vit D and stress both of which occurred since moving to the USA.

Dr. Berg, I want to kiss you. For probably 30 years I have had sinus issues. For sinus infections when I was young I’d go for antibiotics, then the infections subsided because a doctor suggested saline spray. Then for the last 25 years my nose runs constantly. In the morning, actually, it's worse in the morning but it runs aaaallll day. I can go thru I/2 roll of toilet tissue in the morning then it continues all day. At your suggestion, I bought your cod liver oil and I’m a new person. I have only been on it for a week so I didn’t want to say anything too soon but that is the only thing that has changed. I have been on mucus production issue since I was 5, now I am 43 and still suffering with this, never had peaceful sleep, always choked nose, that forced me to breath through mouth throughout the night, which always led to other complications , as doctor would understand that better. Over the years seen many doctors, Some said your nose bone is exceeded in one side nostril, we may need to rub it or cut it, etc etc. no one actually stated such solutions.
I am gonna start try with liver oil, later if needed Serrapeptase medicine. Finger cross my issue goes away as well.

I have chronic rhinitis. The doctors, most are incompetent, misdiagnosed me. I found this out myself as I ended up doing my own due diligence.
The right has developed because I have CIRS. I've tried so many different things and nothing worked until I tried serrapeptase. I've only been taking it 3 days but thank GOD I can feel it working. I couldn't figure out what 200,000 ui are in comparison to spu are.
So I did some digging around and I found out that most places suggest 20000 to 50,000 spus.
I ended up at a place where the individual suggested a 1m. I decided to try that split up into three times a day. God willing within the next few weeks I feel better. Thanks for the serrapeptase recommendation doctor.

Update: i saw my surgeon today and he can’t believe when he saw my sinuses. He said this the best he had ever seen. Since my surgery on Aug 9, 2023 my infection is not going away and my surgeon gave me 5 kinds of antibiotics already. He said he thinks another surgery is the solution. I didn’t accept that and i really researched for possible treatment to my problem, i saw this video and dr Berg mentioned about serrapeptase. I’ve been taking it in noticed i am nit having post nasal drips anymore and i also rinse my nose with garlic and oregano , grapefruit seed extract , lanto sinus and colloidal silver ( i saw also from dr berg’s video) with those regimen i had inly 1 little scubs left which my surgeon removed and he told me to continue on what i have been doing. He said before that he doesn’t believe in natural remedies and i proved him wrong! I am seeing him in 6 weeks. Before, i see him every 2 weeks bec the antibiotics isn’t working.
