At 12:00 you state that you can use 2 seals to gain 1 of each resource. I believe the rulebook states that this icon represents selecting 1 resource of your choice, not 1 of each! :)

Are you allowed to activate “the personal domain” when there are no pawns there? I wanted to move up in the castle but have no pawns on my board

Of course . Pawns on the row only affect what extra bonuses will be triggered
