- UNBELIEVABLE!! | BEST RIVER TREASURE HUNT YET! | ANTIQUE BOTTLES EVERYWHERE!!!
We set out on an adventure to explore a new creek. It didnt take long until we stumbled across some of the best river treasure yet! We found so many antique bottles that we couldnt carry them out! Most were extremely rare with a couple that had never been seen before! Finding history that no one new existed is thrilling! This may be our last water hunt of the year before we get back into bottle digging and metal detecting so Im glad we went out with a bang! This amazing discovery is one that you dont want to miss!

Hey everyone thanks for the support! This video was a blast to make with a ton of fun finds! If you liked this video and want to see more be sure to subscribe and if you want to show support to the channel feel free to share this video with your friends! 😁
I bought a 1997 S10 pickup 4wd regular cab that was an old AT&T truck {AT&T stickers have been removed by them}. Its super plain, white and has reflective tape on bumpers and tailgate. You could wear work clothes, yellow reflective vest etc and everyone would think you were utility workers. Dont keep anything in the truck or have a toolbox on it because company trucks do get broken in to if people think there are tools etc inside. Truck is small and inexpensive so you can take it into some tight spots and dont have to worry about scratching it up.
Ya if I ever find a couple thousand dollars laying around I plan on buying a beater!
I’m thinking as much as you like the old bottles you all would know about the Midlarkers in London. If not check out their UTube videos. And if you want check out what some of them do with broken bottles.
And according to my Antique Trader Bottle book you have a chunk of change in some of those finds👍😎🤓🍎
I have a question about a old bottle I found is there anyway I can get in touch with you to see if you can figure out how old it is
@@lori3978 Mudlarking, Is that a typo?
My advancing age and declining physical condition keeps me confined to my house now but ya'll help me relive my 50-60 younger years of scavengering for old bottles and glass along with many years of metal detecting with my daddy. I will never ever forget the crazy magnitude of excitement I had the day my son and I were fishing in the creek right in front of my house when I saw a bottle sticking out of the bank across the creek in front of us. We waded across the creek to check it out and found the old dump site from the old house the sat on the property. At the time I was very young (well, at least compared to my age now!!!) and knew nothing about old dump sites and just thought we had found a bottle, glass and treasure site sent from up above !!! We found everything from beautiful embossed bottles of every kind, an awesome old satin and velvet pin cushion with the porcelain ladies body on top, pieces of sterling silverware and jewelry, just to name a few types of the treasure. We dug every chance we got that summer into the creek bank unearthing, at the time, the best treasure I had ever found....along with what seemed like tons of rusted old cans, rotting fabric and the other typical trash of decades past. Every year when the spring floods came, it washed my honey hole out deeper and helped me dive deeper into the past. Also deep in the crevices of huge rocks at the top of the bank, we found about 20 very old milk bottles from many different creameries. Milk bottles were one of my favorites. By the way, the site we were unearthing was about 15 feet up from the surface of the creek and about 15 feet down from the field above us and it was a 90 degree bank, regretfully not a gentle sloping wall from the top to the creek. We dug by hanging on to the tree roots that wove in and out of the bank. My husband thought we had finally reached the crazy status in our hobby and said we looked like 2 monkeys hanging on to the roots above the creek. When I found your site here last year, your videos immediately reminded me of the awesome summer I spent with my son unearthing, what to me was treasure. The best treasure I was gifted with was the time with my son. The excitement I heard in ya'lls voices in this video today was the same level of excitement I immediately recalled hearing in his voice when he found something special. It was not something that he was interested in as he was not a collector of this stuff, but he knew that it was something that I would hoot and holler about. The excitement in ya'lls voices today actually gave me goosebumps and made me grip the arms of my chair waiting to see what you pulled out !!! Thank you for transporting me back to younger and happier times. Thank you for taking the time and effort, between work and family time, that you put into editing and producing these wonderful videos every week. For this subscriber, it is the video I go to first in my notifications. I wish ya'll happy and safe hunting, digging and detecting for many years to come !!! Much love from Tennessee !! P.S. my sincerest apology for such a lengthy post to read through but you evoked memories that my fingers could't stop typing!!!
Thank You Ann! I look forward to the time when my daughter is old enough to make some of these memories with me! I really appreciate loyal subscribers like yourself and look forward to well thought out comments such as yours! I should be thanking you!
Thanks for sharing your story Ann, I really enjoyed it!
Awesome video & awesome comments Ann. I really enjoyed both.
This would be a great place to go back with rakes & shovels. Must be some just below the surface of the creek bottom & banks. This also may be a good spot to bring your detector & dig for the hutch stopper ID numbers, as you thought to do, and were successful doing, in your past videos. I agree with Ann, and alot of others in previous comments on previous videos of yours, that I look very much forward to and love very much watching your bottle hunting videos. I also love it when you guys get excited finding the bottles & about you telling how rare they might be. It was funny how quick you got off the turtle, when there were so many good bottles showing up, that you just couldn't waste too much time with it. That place is a dream come true.
Thanks very much Ann for your detailed comments too, they were very heart felt, fun to read, informative, helpful, and were not too long, and are why I read the comments! I love to hear what others have to ad to the video.
I am going to a nearly gone early 1700's town to search for bottles Sunday, and hope I can be similarly lucky as you guys, and you & your son Ann.
Thank you so much for the kind words. I hope you have and awesome search Sunday and discover some wonderful bottles !!!
I enjoyed your memories very much. Thank you!

Thanks for all your hard work & efforts - and allowing us to share in your adventures!! And Clayton is awesome - his (and your) knowledge, expertise and passion for bottles and their history is a amazing and contagious!
From a 54 yr old lady who has had serious & extensive surgery and facing a very long & painful recovery, your videos have helped keep my mind positively distracted & encouraged during many painful days & nights. Can't wait for the next adventure! I love bottle history ❤️ Thanks friends!!
Thanks Libby! I am so sorry to hear about your surgery! Many creeks are protected so no digging is allowed! I hope that you feel better soon!
Makes sense about no creek digging - love that you are ethical diggers! and thank you so much for the well-wishes! 🙂
