  • This is an easy way to cut door hinge location with a chisel and hammer. As much as i prefer to use a router to get a perfect consistent finish, using a chisel and hammer is also pretty simple to do it yourself with just a couple tips and tricks.     thank you mate. I did 7 doors, before realising i shoiuld have scored the edge to set the depth....now I know how to do it better next time.... (or just buy that trim router on your other video)

    … also useful when installing new locks with different latching fixtures. Routers are fine and all, but can be rather unwieldy in many situations. Good video. There are so many instances where this technique is useful.

    Can you please do a video about flyscreens and the sill that goes over a window winder?
    I know you have flyscreen videos already but can do do one with the Sill bracket that is over the window winder, its causing me heaps of pain
