The Capitol Symphonic Youth Orchestras (TCSYO) Chamber Orchestra performs on the final concert in Season IV to over 1000 people at Rachel Schlesinger Concert Hall in Virginia. Richard Meyer's Momentum was one of their favorites on this program.
