It's just an interesting fact that many of the minimum requirements only disqualifies before training begins. But then again, some of the minimums to enter flight school gets harder over time as well, so there is that.

Interesting that becoming a fighter pilot requires 20/20 eyesight, yet we see numerous fighter pilots with bottle-bottom glasses....
a fully trained fighter pilot is very very expensive.

@@KjetilBalstad Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF) recently changed their requirements, now you can have corrective lenses within limits.
