I'm a bit late posting a drum video for this song, but it was a really fun project to work on. The drum parts are definitely on the crazier side from what I normally get hired to do, and I'm really happy with how the song turned out. Huge thanks to Joe and Jake for having me handle drumming duties on this one, and I hope to work with those two in the future on more music. I am a huge van Halen fan both David and Sammy. One of my favorite albums is van halen's is 5150. The part that kills me is they used eletric drums. The album could of been harder with real drums! How much harder the song " Get up " could of been with just real drums. Not even double or triple bass but just a passionate clean real set. Finding albums that's use eletric and redoing it either your way or their way would be awesome! Appreciate your time and your talent!

I get it, life and bills etc. I toured in a band and opened for escape the fate, asking Alexandria and a few others. Made $0, had to put it down and now I own 2 businesses outside of the entertainment market.

If I can offer some mix advice...the snare sounds like cardboard. Would like to hear more of the wires and higher end. Don't be afraid to leave the low end under 200 in it. Toms are a little too scooped in the mids. Using clear heads would help this. Great playing as always.
