Looking great! I take it you are not bothered by Godzilla's hands? To me it looks like he's wearing thick gloves. I find it distracting. But otherwise I like the design.

This figure does a beautiful job at capturing that design, the perfect combination between a modern more legendary take on Godzilla and the classic features we've all come to know and love

Fantastic review rob! Out of all exclusive figures they threw out as some are complete duds, they knocked it out of the park with these two figures. Ghidorah looks awesome and Godzilla is easily the best out of the two. The only buzzkill is that they are exclusives and thus the price is brutal, especially when it comes with shipping. Getting it will be very challenging as the time to get this is extremely limited and the aftermarket won't be forgiving.

I like how this Godzilla design is like an improved version of the brick heisei godzilla, the only thing I don't like is the fact his body is a- S q u a r e. Nottt so much fan of Ghidorah but eh- Great figure nonetheless!
I hope I'll have an opportunity to get these at a decent price sometime. For now I think I'll have to skip 'em. Great figures tho, I know I'm not alone in wanting Toho to utilize that Goji design for something in the future. Maybe they will let the designer finally make a Godzilla movie, seems like a lifelong passion for him. He was the same one responsible for the Always Sunset on Third Street 2 cameo and design.

I'm honestly not a huge fan of the Ghidorah design, but that GODZILLA THOUGH! Best Godzilla skin texture I've seen, actually running with the keloid scars of the original and Shin. This is the skin texture I WANTED for the Legendary version. Overall, I think it's just a good upgrade to the Heisei design. If Japan ever brings back the suit, this is the suit I want.
These figures look a lot nicer then I thought they would! I would've appreciated this kind of paint on the OG KOTM Ghidorah or ya know....at the very least the hEaVy PaInT vErSiOn
There is no doubt this ghidorah was designed like if a man was inside it like the original ghidorahs. Kind of like how Guillermo Del Torro did with the kaiju designs for pacific rim. Same goes for Godzilla.
I don’t know why people are so crazy about this Godzilla design. It has the same problem Legendarys design has and that is its head is too small for its body. If they made his head bigger and snout a bit longer I think it would make it miles better.
Just ordered the Godzilla holding off on the Ghidorah.G looks amazing both in the ride and in figure form.I agree with you that this is by far the most impressive fig in the line ( along with Gamera 95 ) It reminds me of G as seen in the poster art for Godzilla vs Biollante with the green highlights seen on the original cover art for the VHS release.With Bandai's disappointments as of late it's refreshing to see the quality of this G fig They did an amazing job.on this from the detail to the dry brush.It wasn't cheap but I had to have it and looking forward to receiving it.And I hope we will see more of this G design in the Future perhaps a movie . Makes me wonder why Toho didn't put more effort into a movie instead of the Godzilla Earth series and Singular Point.Great review for an amazing fig.
Welcome to Gamera-Godzilla, it has some green on the body, scales on the back, and the brown-ish colored toes, and nice feet, also those hands, this is if Godzilla had mixed in some Gamera

My only complain is that Bandai didn't make a Rodan figure, because Rodan appears on the Ride.
I don't know why they didn't make a Rodan, unless they just didn't feel like It, I can't see any other reason.
So far that's a 3 star Ghidorah, Godzilla, and Mechagodzilla. Now give us a new high quality Rodan and Mothra Bandai!

I hope I'll have an opportunity to get these at a decent price sometime. For now I think I'll have to skip 'em. Great figures tho, I know I'm not alone in wanting Toho to utilize that Goji design for something in the future. Maybe they will let the designer finally make a Godzilla movie, seems like a lifelong passion for him. He was the same one responsible for the Always Sunset on Third Street 2 cameo and design.
Here's to hoping they let him, wouldn't mind seeing a movie or two with this incarnation! And to think he's been within reach
of Toho for THIS long.. cmon guys, honor the man! Let him do more!

Oh I know about it, saw it three times in theaters in fact. It's probably the best thing to happen to Goji's franchise in forever. I'm so glad we all got our wish.

Great, so I'm not the only one who notices Bandai's lack of care and quality for Monsterverse characters.
I think it's been a pretty solid assumption since the KOTM stuff dropped, It's a shame really... had they given an ounce of a fuck about those I don't doubt that those things probably would've come out perfectly!
I'm honestly not a huge fan of the Ghidorah design, but that GODZILLA THOUGH! Best Godzilla skin texture I've seen, actually running with the keloid scars of the original and Shin. This is the skin texture I WANTED for the Legendary version. Overall, I think it's just a good upgrade to the Heisei design. If Japan ever brings back the suit, this is the suit I want.

The prices are rather wild, but as for what they present in terms of paint and detail ... ooof.. It's hard to say no!
These figures look a lot nicer then I thought they would! I would've appreciated this kind of paint on the OG KOTM Ghidorah or ya know....at the very least the hEaVy PaInT vErSiOn

There is no doubt this ghidorah was designed like if a man was inside it like the original ghidorahs. Kind of like how Guillermo Del Torro did with the kaiju designs for pacific rim. Same goes for Godzilla.
I don’t know why people are so crazy about this Godzilla design. It has the same problem Legendarys design has and that is its head is too small for its body. If they made his head bigger and snout a bit longer I think it would make it miles better.
Tags get ripped off no matter how fucking rare they are (unless they are like 73726372646 dollars rare)

Just ordered the Godzilla holding off on the Ghidorah.G looks amazing both in the ride and in figure form.I agree with you that this is by far the most impressive fig in the line ( along with Gamera 95 ) It reminds me of G as seen in the poster art for Godzilla vs Biollante with the green highlights seen on the original cover art for the VHS release.With Bandai's disappointments as of late it's refreshing to see the quality of this G fig They did an amazing job.on this from the detail to the dry brush.It wasn't cheap but I had to have it and looking forward to receiving it.And I hope we will see more of this G design in the Future perhaps a movie . Makes me wonder why Toho didn't put more effort into a movie instead of the Godzilla Earth series and Singular Point.Great review for an amazing fig.

Gamera-Godzilla, it has some green on the body, scales on the back, and the brown-ish colored toes, and nice feet, also those hands, this is if Godzilla had mixed in some Gamera
I always use Awesome Collector. They usually pretty good on their prices, and very trustworthy. I would have loved to have gotten this Godzilla, but I was too late to pre-order it.

So what ya need to do is, copy the links I posted. And then go to ZenMarket.
When you're on ZenMarket you need to paste the link In the search bar at the top of the site. Then click search.
The First pop up will be the confirmation window. Click add. Then you wait. When ZenMarket finally confirms the order, then you pay for It and wait for it to arrive at their
warehouse. Once It does, you basically pick shipping options and yada yada. Bit of a process, but worth it in the end!

Godzilla head is so small the figure still looks cool. Same for Ghidorah. I hope they do rodan since he was in the ride
