Final wars Godzilla looks like its the 8 inch figure's mold but scaled down ,the original 8 inch & 6 inch did have slightly different molds especially the hands

It depends, there is a vote on what Kaiju releases and it will be revealed on November 3rd (Godzillas Birthday) There Is A 3 in 1 change it being Zilla 2004, even if it isn’t then it still has a chance on being a figure if Super Mechagodzilla Is Anything To Note

*Godzilla* - differences are noticeable and really makes him the more accurate figure
*Hedorah* - At last, a 6 in vinyl Final Wars Hedorah!! I'm so happy that's he's finally here. I really like the metallic colors and the sculpt absolutely rocks. Reminds me of how cool and unique the asymmetrical design is and how much more gross he is in appearance than his showa counterpart. Love it. And now we wait for the barrage of crazy repaints that Bandai could milk out of this mold.
Hedorah is out here ready for more! But on the realistic side of things... we all know Bandai aren't gonna do it lmao

I think the touch ups they did on the final goji are really nice overall. It seems like Bandai went the extra mile on some of the details which I'm pretty impressed by given some of their recent stuff. Really makes me hopeful for the lineup for the rest of the year.

SP Manda had a better body mold, *(* I didn't even remember it was that long, it was way shorter in my memory *)* and I pretty sure they could do the same on FW Manda.
I'm sure they can, Im just not so sure why they didn't.

Cool Review. Manda's, back feet are wrong. If he dropped his back legs down to walk,... his dew claws would be pointed forward and the three toes would face backwards! His back legs, have backward facing feet. What's that all about?

per experience, 'Backordered' items can take a while before it's back in stock. But it usually happens whenever the near end of month shipments come in. so it could be later this month, or it could be a couple months from now. There really doesn't appear to be a rhyme or reason lol
Wish they would do a Showa era Manda. I have a mini figure version of the Showa era that came with some 2 inch figures. Wondering if someone with a 3D printer could laser scan it and then triple the scaling.

With these figures plus next year being the 20th anniversary of Godzilla Final Wars, I hope we get more monsters to round out the whole monster cast like King Ceasar, Ebriah, Kumonga, Kamacuras, Zilla, 6 inch Chainsaw Gigan and Monster X! I also hope for a reissue of Keizer Ghidorah!
More than a few of those are rumored towards the end of the year 👀

I like how Manda looks but my main gripe with him are his back feet being upside down that just looks off to me, like they should have just made his back more like how they made his front feet and it would have looked better, idk why they made his feet upside down because it just looks weird and off compared to the rest of his body. Outside of that and that his spikes should have been painted to the last one rather than stopping immediately like half way through 2nd one, he looks good besides we don't get many Manda figures anyway outside of probably Y-msf making the showa Manda.
I think the old goji 2004 looks way better. The new gojis head looks so square and the dorsal plates have way less color than the old one, but I still like the new goji. Another thing that I did notice is probably the condition of your old goji. My gojis finger nails look perfectly fine.
The big blocks of red in manda's mouth look a bit more out of place than they normally do on other figures, also surprised that there ended up being no leg articulation. The new Godzilla being slightly bigger than the old one is also unexpected. I'm hoping with all the final wars stuff coming out hopefully we can get a new MMS Monster X soon-ish.
Monster X Is one of the monsters rumored for a Summer/Fall release, not 100% just yet.
As for Manda's mouth blocks, i guess being a long mouthed MF really did him dirty this time lol
Maybe Toho should start tossing more money at Bandai for the extra bump of quality... Gamera 1995 is laughing from afar.

I usually use HobbyLink Japan and a very quick shipping method, other than that, there’s also Amazon Japan which ships World Wide. Both are great ways to get new wide released MMS figures earlier on!

Still pretty early on to have any actual steam/facts behind em, but it's nice to know the possibility is there!

If Tamashii Nations were to release a Manda of any kind, would it come out to about $50-$55? Cause he is a long skinny sea dragon.
Expect no less than $80 for anything coming from MonsterArts these days, no matter what.
Their SP Rodan was $40 before it hit BBTS.. soooo.. MAYBE it’ll be near that. But knowing SHMA they’ll make it bigger than needed and included some kind of diecast based stand and charge $100 starting or something wild like that lol

Also just to confirm, the Final Wars Godzilla IS infact a completely new mold. Big fan of this figure. It actually looks bulky and muscular rather than shrimpy, like the old one. And the purple tongue is great. Technically not accurate but the color grading in the movie definitely made it look purple. Great attention to detail.
360p gives it that classssiic UA-cam vibe lol and that’s my mistake, they look incredibly similar. I should’ve been a little more vocal about that lol
@@ShinRobjira Yeah, its sorta the same situation as Legion a while back. That figure was also a completely new mold but it was SUPER similar to the OG.
Also, I have to admit that I am not a big fan of Final Wars but for whatever reason all these announcements make me really want to buy a bunch more Final Wars figures. That ever happen to you?
@@Barytyrannus that’s kinda hitting me now, not gonna lie! Despite Bandai abandoning the idea of making a full MMS Cast of monsters, they still made a truck load of merch regardless and only now is it seeming widely appealing to the eye! Especially these Ultimate Monsters figures.

These are actually decent, Manda is the weakest but like you said he is serviceable but I might just wait so I can get the ymsf figure, Godzilla is awesome! I might get it later on as I am seeing about getting the sham which I didn't get because I was getting other figures and I don't wanna spend $3,000 in one month so ya, hedorah looks decent but I'm just gonna get the ymsf as it captures the look of final wars hedorah better and they are making a color variant moreso like the movie cause it is painted in similarly MMS figure colors but if anything surprised me at all in this video is that.....ROB ASKED FOR A SHAM FIGURE TO BE MADE, this is heresy in the whole 9 yards! But jokes aside great batch of figures, hopefully we get the whole lineup.
I'll ask for a SHAM, but the minute it's revealed to be $120 with a upticked price because of a 'special paint application'
I'll never look at it again lol -- I think by the end of 2024, we'll likely have the whole cast either in hand or on the way, it's feeling like more and more

Lowkey disappointed by Manda, hoped she'd be more like the SP one, but eh. Just seems like the head/neck section is oversized, and the tail/legs section is undersized, plus the limbs seem a bit too large. And it just looks a bit too stubby, but I'm still gonna buy it when I can cuz Mand is my favorite kaiju of all time. (Hope to get the SP Manda in the future too)

Is it me or does FW Goji have like the worst dorsal plates in the millennium era, their so small and dull looking, I wish they were bigger and more extravagant, like MV Goji or Heisei Goji, no complaints about the other figures (besides Manda's lame pose)
FinalGoji overall is just ... personally, a rather middling design. Especially with the iconic designs that came before him.
Kinda feels like a limp attempt at mixing old and new, with the result being.. EH.
@@ShinRobjira I mean I've seen good versions of the Final Goji design, and usually the biggest difference is either the tail or his dorsal plates (it's usually his dorsal plates)

I always refer Hedorah as a she for some reason.

I'm not really impressed by all three figures. The new age Movie Monster Series continues to half-ass everything. The higher price point these days also keeps me from buying these figures. You get less for more bucks.
