Hello new subscriber here
Btw, Which brand of charcoal pencils do u use sir? And also the brush?
Keep it up sir
Hello ChairilAli, Welcome for to the family man.
I use Generals charcoal. I also use one random Hard charcoal pencil but I don't know the brand.
As for the brush, I believe they call it a round brush. I use a round brush and an angle brush.
Thanks 👍👍👍👍
@@JasonLegendaryArt awesome sir🔥
@@JasonLegendaryArt KK BUT IDKKK LOL😂😂😂
What brand is your hand sir?😅 Your art is just soooooo realistically beautifulll!!!!
I'm a naturally good sketch artist but I can't congratulate myself for my genes. It is you I admire for devoting the time and effort to develop top-notch professional artist skills. You have proven that you can achieve anything you put your mind to if you really work at it.
Thank you Evelyn, Being born as a talented artists doesn't happen to everyone. But the one thing everyone can do is put in the time and effort to honing the craft . 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
@@JasonLegendaryArt Yes, practice makes perfect. I have no intention of becoming a professional artist. But since I was born with artistic talent I'm curious about the topic. Instead you've motivated me to keep plugging away at another endeavor for which accident of birth is NOT an advantage for me. And I totally agree that consistency is key. You have to work at it daily. The proof is in the pudding. The quality of your drawings is unsurpassed.
@@JasonLegendaryArt And FYI I don't know where you live, but as a black man supreme artistic talent can take you anywhere in the world. Most wealthy white Americans are bankers, doctors, etc., but discrimination tends to be an impediment for white collar blacks. Rich blacks are usually athletes or entertainers. There are plenty of opportunities for black visual artists too.

You have a new fan boss.
I'm glad to learn from you.
I'll be glad to teach you all I know. Welcome to the family
But I only used 2B pencils.
I initially stop cuz I don't have advance materials like 4B or charcoal pencils. One of your tutorials inspired me to continue until I have the materials. *you said I should use what I have for the moment. You'll be amazed if I send you the work I did with just 2B pencils.
@@kargbonelsonm7587 🙌🙌🙌🙌 please share your work with. DM me on IG. I'll love to see what you create

wow, so amazing, that's great, thanks for sharing
I appreciate you Sunflower Channel. Thanks a lot.
I like ur art
I've been watch7ng you for a while and I love your videos, i subscribed for a while too. I draw anime-ish girls and I've been drawing for years now, I want to get into realistic art and I think i'll do ok. I've been having an art block for weeks and taking a break from drawing but I want to draw again but I feel unmotivated to. Advice?
I usually try something new. Turning into a beginner and trying to learn something new in my art has helped me. It was using charcoal that made it for me when I was really down some time ago. You could try realistic art like you said, digital art, oil painting.
I'll also advice to form a little community on social media, they'll help bring you up when you feel unmotivated. In fact, you just motivated lol
Really GOOD advise!
Thanks a lot
how can you shade so nice

Ok then thanks
nice advice man
Glad you think so!
If we doesn't have charcoal pencil
How to give shadows in drawing
Use very dark graphite, 7b above
❤️
Who it is very useful to me brother
I can't achieve the contrast in my art as there is in the reference photo , when I blend the graphite , everything just becomes into a over blended midtone shade . And if you don't blend it you can see the the white of the paper coming through .
Can you attempt to solve my problem , it it the issue with my paper my blending tool ( which is a tissue) or is it just something that comes with practice
Not really sure I understand you. Possibly the way you blend and the material you use is the issues. But you don't shade once and leave it. You keep adding more shading. For the really dark areas, you may have to use charcoal
What papers are u using for your drawings?
Pelican and Strathmore Bristol Smooth
well, ok; but for the first tip, you dont want to be drawing everyday but also making the mistakes everyday. That's why keeping a sketchbook and experimenting in it is so crucial. 'Learn from your mistakes' best describes this.
V.nice
I glad you like it
I am from India tamilnadu
Please what paper do you use in drawing.
Please answer me
Strathmore Bristol Smooth, Pelican Card, FBB
😅 oh ok thanks for this vidéo
You are welcome
I drew everyday but not anymore
Is that so? What's happened? Too busy?
@@JasonLegendaryArt yes
What do you use for your guideline?
It's freehand. It's a simple eye sketch. For full blown portraits, I use grid
I get you.😕
So if I dont compare my art with other artists I will create my style art🎉
Okay thanks 🙏
Oh okay 😅
Thanks
I draw from morning till night everyday 😂😂 just for daily breads though
That's good, keep working hard you will reap your reward
@@JasonLegendaryArt thanks bro, you're like my biggest inspiration on UA-cam as a creator 🤲
Me i make some art material with just srap😅😅😅
Okay thanks
