I thought HD mode would repair this horribly pixilated footage, but it still looked like I had just suffered a concussion while very drunk, wearing someone else's cracked glasses.
That's what the Unreal Engine does well. It can lower the render scale which means people who lower it can still get all the post-processing fancy effects while looking alright from a distance. Makes it deal for console games.
I love how he can play modded to shit Fallout 4 and GTA but as soon as he plays a completely unaltered Paragon it runs like anus unless it looks like your playing it on an iPod.
