I should note that a good amount of my TF2 friends are Medic mains, so uh yeah. Guess this is why they say the healing isn't as rewarding.

Heavy is the best class because he has the most hp and damage ALSO He has the most ammunition in a game
yes and he's also very handsome.
But he gets hard countered by snipers and spies, classes that can one-shot heavy.
