-20 Sec ON
-20 Sec OFF
-2 Minute Break between Rounds
-One Set of Exercise 1 through Exercise 8 + 2 Min Break is one Round
-Repeat for 2-4 Rounds for a complete workout!

After 1 month and 2 weeks in. I have completed, the whole 25min workout. I thought at the end of the video. It was going to be a congrats. Nothing….the vid ends. Let’s me know there’s more work to be done. Before celebrating!

Man, I’ve been addicted to burpee focused workouts for a while now. Each time on the ground, I’d do anywhere from 1-7 push-ups each burpee rep. That easily let me rack up my push up numbers while giving me great cardio. BUT, I appreciate you introducing me to all of these other moves I can be doing as well! Thanks dude!! My dumbass has been just doing regular push-ups the whole time, progressing with a weighted vest tho.
i recently got into them. i avoided them forever...now i love them. i just got into navy seal burpees which are great.

Even if you’re not at that level, that doesn’t mean you’re not doing 100% effort tho. 100% effort is only related to YOUR ability. So push yourself to YOUR 100% effort right now during your workouts, then you’ll be gold! Don’t judge it based on what you can do vs him. Listen to your body and when it’s telling you you’re almost to failure

I can't do push up burpees..I think half burpees are also very effective for stubborn fat..

Missing one jump shack between each sentences ;) for me we can call that burpees with them. But I appreciate the wod.
