Most rapsongs are not writing their songs actully. And hr didnt choose song. He won oscar previos tear for this but didbt thnk he could win so didnt appear.. Eminem wrote every word on all hes albums though. In the end he drops that "package" our what to call it so he didnt watched it(atlrast until just a couple a years ago) The movie isnt about hes life. This song is masterpiece lyrical, but he has alof oc moore advanced songs (We studied hes lyrics in poetry because he uses some of hamlet writing style, srephen king,mozart etc snd some songs all of them. Some of the songs sholdt be able to write.... its comletly insane to bad not many understans actully how hard it is.(yea basicly impossible been writing rap for 25 years myself til pretty known rappers)
I think this video is great, the assessment is great, but just adding a note to something mentioned, during the assessment, not in a negative way, just noting. I watched this, with another musician, far more talented, than myself, not hard, but I know that he is a sound person for other bands. The “breaks” in the lyrics by Eminem, were not actual “breaks” to breathe, or anything related to his singing, which was a great singing performance, but after a few listens, those “breaks”, were on purpose, for a male vocal background singer, to emphasize and fill those purposeful gapped lyrics, but the volume of the back up singer was too feint. Just noting, that not, breathing breaks, or skipped lyrics by Eminem. An unfortunate audio issue and the possible reasons, too many. It is worth a second or third listen, to catch the barely heard fills, during his singing. It would have been better to let him sing the whole song and if harmony volumes crapped out, less noticeable. Still amazing. This is not noted in a “jerkish” way, but is takes a couple of listens to hear the fills, sadly, lacking volume. Amazing assessment! Be well!
I can't stop watching this video, look for reactions because I wanted to know if I'm the only one who could notice everything that happened here, the presentation starts like a spark, it's not a natural audience, Eminem, as you mentioned, there is someone between 50 and 60 years old, surely there are many who direct , who are actors, classical musicians, but above all when they get into the presentation the mask presents only especially talented human beings that is felt in the atmosphere Eminem wants to do artistic he does not shout as he surely does in his presentations he just wants to be heard a whisper that he also has art to offer his face his veins begin to suffer the air takes time to arrive and in the end he finds it modulates the words come out because his audience so talented that he begins to smile has realized that he has all their attention and finally that reassures him he could see how African Americans have rarely felt so represented, he can see the rebellious whites that reflects it n in his movies he climbs one more step and now he is representing the human race is creating colors in the atmosphere as he advances in his presentation the orchestra at the beginning is heard separated from him as he advances now he gets on the orchestra they are transmitting him to surprise, you feel that there are no cameras to see those in the orchestra, the people in the front row, the people in the reserved places who are listening to everyday English, which is not formal, English at school, English at work, English of the bar, he now surfs on top of the orchestra it is curious to see the faces of the less famous of the lesser known because they sing they dance and reflect their faces on their faces happiness the most honest are daring to sing only at the end the face of the people better known as Bratt Pritt who also has a surprised face and the end of the presentation is approaching and no one doubts it they stand up and applaud we just saw King Elvis conquering at All races uniting them by removing color and class barriers he is presenting himself to probably the most talented people on the planet in his Hollywood club for goodness sake they now have their hearts and he can take them home.
