Great video brother! Looking forward sa update video if nag push yung mga reco, installation and san source ng parts sana! Also, fit ba lahat ng parts for 78 dito sa 168? Deciding which to get, if etong 168 or 128. Thanks!
Great video! I am new to rc, about to buy my first one! Which one is better in your opinion, mn168 or mn128? Is mn128 actually faster? I can get mn168 for 75$ in my country, and mn128 for 90$. Which one has better off-road performance? And are they both waterproof? Thanks in advance man! I don't mind spending an extra 20$ on some essential upgrades as well.
Yes bro ung iba un ang ginawa straigjht axle ni mn para di masyado mataas ang clearance. Need mo lang wheels na amg hex ay 5mm. Kung 12mm ang gamit mong wheelset gamit ka nlng ng adapter.
exactly my thoughts on the recommendations. Are you changing the axles to straight axles? Are you going to keep the wheels or change to smaller wheels sim to MN78 wheels?
Thanks for your review. I don’t think the gear ratio of the portal axles is an issue, I even think it’s an advantage over the aftermarket portals axles. Yes, a higher gear ratio provides higher torque. But at the same time it lowers the top speed. I installed a cheap (4-5$) 2700KV outrunner motor with AM32 ESC in my MN82. With this setup it has „unlimited“ torque and low speed modulation (here is a video with original gearbox and axles ua-cam.com/video/K8gtaV8qS7o/v-deo.html). The top speed is good as well. I considered to install the aftermarket portal axles, but they would make the car too slow. Additionally the set of aftermarket portale axles I have run very jerky. Do the MN168 axles run smoothly?
Soon I will upload my build and mod video of my mn168. I replace the axle with aftermarket metal portal axle, 27k rpm 370 motor and a hobbywing 1060 esc.
Yes bro kasi halos same lang ang pangilalim nya, ni mn78 at mn82 except lang lumapad si mn82 kasi nkaleafspring pero sa tingin ko pasok parin. Ung mounting nlng ng chassis baka sa interrior na tatama.
Wow awesome video my friend,, and cool rc car 👍👍💯
Thanks bro
I love that Range Rover body. Nice 👍🏾🔥
Can't wait to see your video showing how to install the metal portal gears
Hahahaha! I am thinking of that bro. I disassemble my new metal portal for regrease but still thinking how to decrease the ground clearance.
Portal axles please no you will ruin it!!!😊
Straight axles and the right size wheels and this would be great

Both are good but if you want more torque go for mn128. They are not water froof but you can upgrade it with water proof parts. Happy rc bro.
Awesome review, thanks! Will those aftermarket portals fit? They work great on my MN78 for crawling!
Yes bro aftermarket portal will fit
💛💛💛
Thanks bro
Do you know if the mn168 body will fit on the mn78 chassis? Do the mounting posts line up? Same wheelbase?
Kasya ba axles ng mn82 sa body ng 168? Aside sa wheels kasy 12mm hex yung stock ng 128 diba

You'll need 3600kv with 3S to keep same speed lol
Anything that suits what you want is possible.
@@morrisrc Have you seen the new portals for the MN168/MN82? Bit different than the older MN portals
Yes bro its too expensive hehehe! I hope I hope the ratio of the portal is 1:2. Do you have a mn168 already?
Ganda nung body
Yes bro solid
Sir kasya ba yung body nya sa chassis ng 82?? Kita ko to sa shopee soldout yung portals 😂
