What should the first mod be?
Exhaust many people say it’s too quiet. I kinda agree after riding mine 340 miles
You're at Stage 2 so Definitely get a Thundermax tuner! It woke my Road King up sooo much
Ride it for awhile. You’ll know what mods you’ll need and want. Then prioritize them! 9 yrs on same bike and I still doing it!
Windshield, handlebars, mufflers, headers, intake, cam, dyno....almost in that order lol
Also harley has an app you can download on your phone, map out a destination and send it to your bike
You will probably never see this message. But if so, I own a sign shop and would be thrilled to make the arrows for you in gold vinyl (or any color). You would just have to send me a vector file and I will make them for you. Congratulations for the new toy!

Congratulations and good choice on the Road Glide. Being comfortable on a long trip really adds to the enjoyment (at least for this 70 year old). I just returned from a 46 day 12,900 mile road trip from coast to coast and through 20 states. Having amenities such as heated grips, cruise control, large windshield, stereo, lots of storage, tpms, etc. (Triumph Trophy SE) really helps the miles roll by. I even traveled through part of Ohio, and while my expectations were not high, I found some really fun roads coming out of Columbus heading for Kentucky. Routes 772, 348, 125 and 247 turned out to make a great combo.

Fix the sumping problem inherent on the 18s, that said I have a 2019, stage iii, legends all the way around, 14' KST handlebars, klock werk windshield, heated grips - best of luck Jess have fun! Ride safe!

Had the same in May when I aquired my Road King and still can‘t stop smiling thinking of it and being proud riding it.
I am in complete agreement with you on picking up a bagger. My Wide Glide is my pride and joy but would never take her on a long road trip. I have wanted a Street Glide for some time and am closer than ever to pulling the trigger on one. Great choice, sister. Ride Safe!

I love your new to you bike. I purchased a new 2015 Street Glide Special in 2015 and I’ve done so many things to make it mine. Enjoy your your bike. I’m so happy for you. I love your channel. I started riding a mini bike at 13yrs. Old I’m a young 71yrs. Now, every time get on get in the saddle I get a big smile on my face. Living in South Florida I get to ride all year long. Shiny side up girl.☀️
I just bought my first Harley on July 2nd a 2021 Electra Glide and I love it
EGS is a great choice. Ride it, and figure out what you want/need as you rack up miles. I did the same thing, and still have my Softail.
I love the idea of the “Great White Buffalo”. Ted Nugent rocks!! 2021 FXLRS here. My third H-D. Fifth street bike. I grew up riding dirt bikes and four wheelers so it was an easy transition.

Shame about the measly 2in of suspension travel. I spent $2500 on the suspension on my '16 Street Glide...still crap. Bought a Sport Glide, couldnt be happier. And no head wobble from wind buffeting either
I had a 2016 Dyna Lowrider absolutely loved it but outgrew it now I have a 2017 street glide special absolutely love it for me there’s nothing like a bagger

Appa is amazing. And the best part for me is you have a story behind it and it makes it part of who you are. I was a batwing preacher forever. 1 year ago I bought my dream bike. It was everything I ever wanted. Except for the $40,000 price tag. With all the extras. So I get the passion behind the purchase. Good for you. By the way it turned out to be a 2020 Road Glide Special. Congratulations on Appa.

Full disclosure: I'm a 46 year old man and I love me some Last Airbender. It helps that I have 4 daughters. That is the perfect bike for you and it is going to be badass as Appa. Don't feel bad about selling the scrambler, it sucked. I have to ask though, what the hell is an err?

Bravo! I went from a street glide to a road king.... and you're right. It's whatever fits you, the rider. Beautiful bike.
The Harley tourers are hard to beat on the longer trips you’re taking. I ride with a group of about 15 people, not always at the same time. Probably half of us have a touring bike. The ones who don’t sure get tired faster. You can easily tell the difference. You’re going to love it.
Congratulations! I think most of us saw this coming; it was meant to be. Your long distance traveling/ camping will become more comfortable, easy and convenient after you add a sissy bar for your sissy bar bag, or a detachable tour pack. I look forward to your bagger adventures.

I walk in the door to my husband saying " so I just bought a 2022 Harley road glide" your videos are the reason I can't wait for the snow to stop and go for a ride on it. We currently have a 2001 Softail so it will be different being on a bagger but I think my knees and back will appreciate it on long rides ( we travel alot via two wheels) thanks for making me excited!
