This morning 13th July Quant has confirmed that "We would like to clarify that the data collected by the regulator was not part of any regular process but was part of a court approved search and seizure operation with respect to an ongoing investigation initiated by SEBI.”
Hope you have also received this in your email. What is your view on this ? They were misleading us. Right ?
It's true, I have also received this email along with another one explaining the recent developments, funds inflow/outflow, and fund performance. I am also closely monitoring the performance of the funds in which I have invested in Quant funds. However, the recent developments have not affected their fund performance; those funds are performing better than similar categories of schemes. Their recent communication is a little bit misleading. I believe this investigation will not affect their fund performance in the future. I also heard that their CIO recently resigned. As investors, we should closely monitor these developments for some more time before taking a harsh decision to completely exit from Quant funds.

When you use Groww app, units are issued in demat format,since the units are dematerialized (demat) and held with a depository, the claim process involves your Depository Participant (DP). Your DP acts as the intermediary between you (the nominee) and the AMC. You need to submit Transmission request form, death certificate, nominee KYC, bank details etc. Please contact Groww
