Creating a simple CNC production fixture for hard to hold down parts

In this video we show you one of the simple ways to use your CNC router to create fixtures for hard to hold down parts. Small and skinny parts have a tendency to move whilst machining as the surface area required for vacuum fixturing is not sufficient. By using the CNC router as a tool we can make simple production fixtures to give maximum vacuum pressure of 29" mercury at sea level. We use a high pressure vacuum pump for this application.
