I’ve taken care of patients as I was on Trauma team ( a Nurse). People have no idea what it’s like to haves 90% Survival rate ( Severe Trauma) . Boy I actually knew some of the young adults using Cellphones, drugs , and drinking and driving, even knew adults. My hearts go out to their families truly and boy after code we feel like your life has been drained , Your numb and then we cry . We ALWAYS do our absolute best ( and prayed ) before we knew when the life flight patients came in adults , young adults, children. I believe Honestly it’s about teaching when your children are young . My eldest daughter now does Trauma Team and my youngest daughter is a phlebotomist and going to be studying Nursing. Today a close friend of mine passed away on a motorcycle accident. I remained stoic and calm the whole day. And hearing this again after several years broke me down. He was supposed to come to visit us tomorrow, now it feels surreal and I'm still waiting for him to come visit us home. Thank you for the music that reminds us what is really important.

A few years ago I nearly lost my best friend in the world to a crash with an eighteen wheeler. The scene were she had to be airlifted to the hospital hit so hard as my friend had to be also. Perfectly describes the feeling of not knowing if he was going to pull through. All the what ifs, all the guilt of not being there enough wishing I was able to take his place instead Miraculously my friend has been recovering beautifully when doctors once thought there was no hope My heart goes out to every single person who can relate to this feeling. Came upon an accident recently in Nevada where a SUV flipped onto the gravel of the highway. There were 5 occupants in the vehicle and thankfully all got out with only a few cuts and bruises. The highway don't care if the driver is sleepy and on a long trip on a unfamiliar road, but even total strangers do. A pickup driver, 2 big rig truckers, and 2 motorcyclists stop and provided assistance until emergency personnel could respond(it was more than 40 miles each way to help). Thank you Tim, Taylor, Keith, and others for this song and bring my thoughts back to that incident that could have turn out much more tragic but all were saved.
When this came out the wifey and I were alternating into an 80 mile + commute to working every day. either way: if it was her arriving, or I was headed home We would be in mountain/snow/ dangerous terrain. I used to have a housecleaning client and after a couple years, i finally asked them, "why do you have part of a real tree cut down in your outdoor garden room?" I was expecting a funny answer in return lol. But, they said our 22 yr old daughter was driving on icy roads and hit a tree dead on. She was killed instantly. This is the tree....i couldn't help but tear up. I've never seen anything like it. It had a heart carved in the center.

Today a close friend of mine passed away on a motorcycle accident. I remained stoic and calm the whole day. And hearing this again after several years broke me down. He was supposed to come to visit us tomorrow, now it feels surreal and I'm still waiting for him to come visit us home. Thank you for the music that reminds us what is really important.

The doctors didn't believe he was going to make it through surgery but he did and he was finally able to go home after a year

it was played practically nonstop so no it wasn't underrated.
Came upon an accident recently in Nevada where a SUV flipped onto the gravel of the highway. There were 5 occupants in the vehicle and thankfully all got out with only a few cuts and bruises. The highway don't care if the driver is sleepy and on a long trip on a unfamiliar road, but even total strangers do. A pickup driver, 2 big rig truckers, and 2 motorcyclists stop and provided assistance until emergency personnel could respond(it was more than 40 miles each way to help). Thank you Tim, Taylor, Keith, and others for this song and bring my thoughts back to that incident that could have turn out much more tragic but all were saved.
When this came out the wifey and I were alternating into an 80 mile + commute to working every day.
