Is this all the same house?
What tuna melt has worked on this?
Its was the "fast and cheap" ad. Cheap, cause they dont own most of the tools they need and fast, cause that how they will get the duck out before you come.
I’ve got a funny feeling that the person who did a lot of the work being complained about was not paid enough money to afford that Rolex hulk I noticed, there is no way that’s all one house, but it might be all on one horrific new housing estate.
New laws are due to start to stop this. The consumer will be able to view the home before legal completion and decide if the house is fit for occupation. Look out the house bashers won't be able to hide from that.
Only a clown would buy a house they haven’t personally inspected. These are normally portfolio homes that go start into the rental market. So the owner doesn’t care its condition as long as they are getting their monthly rental payments.
So you don't like, then what? Go and find another property real quick? Loose your deposit, legal fees, etc? This problem is not going away.
Who ever signed this work off should be sacked for the benefit of society. What a joke.
What do you want for £400,000
