INGREDIENTS :
Beef meatballs
Chicken meatballs
Hot dogs
TAMARIND DIPPING SAUCE
2 cups tamarind water
1 cup Coconut sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 roma tomatoes
1/3 cup pickle garlic juice + 3 garlic bulbs
1 tsp MSG
2 tsp Salt
30 Dried thai chili, toasted & grind
1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds, grind
1 tbsp Cornstarch + 2 tbsp Water ( cornstarch slurry)
OTHER INGREDIENTS
cabbage
cucumbers
Cilantro

Where u buy the meatball and hot dog? Is it Thai hot dog ?

The meatballs is from asian markets and hot dogs is just regular hot dogs from local supermarket
